Sharron Stuart

Sharron Stuart has been a part of Emerald Education as a Manager/Graphic Designer since August of 2021. 

She started her career as a marketing coordinator with a world-renowned engineering firm, Montgomery Watson. Many opportunities allowed her to travel the east coast and manage the marketing and graphic design of many sizable projects. Once she started a family, she decided to start her own company, DCS Design, Inc. This allowed her the flexibility to raise her children but also provide graphic design skills to many different firms. Some of the clients that she was able to provide services to included: The College Board, NCTM, Bacardi and several engineering firms.

Once her children were of school age, Sharron decided to join the education world.  She started out as a substitute but then decided to join Jefferson County schools as a full time employee. She joined a middle school as a school secretary and was responsible for maintaining an orderly work environment that served the school administration, teaching staff, students and parents. 

Standing on the front line, she served as a community liaison to improve the relationships between students, staff and parents. She made it a goal to become a major role in communication, making it easier and less intimidating to people of all ages. She was also involved with many projects that reached outside of her own school, providing services for the entire school district.  Sharron sees the value of being involved in education as a top priority and shaping the minds of the future.

Sharron has a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University. She and her husband, Chris, are raising three children in the historical Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
